Textile Production Process: Step-by-Step Workflow

1. Fabric Inspection & Preparation
Incoming Fabric Check: Rolls are inspected for defects (holes, stains, color inconsistency) before cutting.
Pre-Shrinking: Fabrics may undergo pre-washing/sanforization to minimize shrinkage post-production.

2. Cutting Process
Pattern Spreading: Fabric layers are stacked (up to 100 layers) and smoothed to avoid wrinkles.
Computerized Cutting: Laser/ultrasonic machines cut fabric using CAD patterns for precision (±1mm tolerance).
Pieces Sorting: Cut components (e.g., blanket edges, tablecloth borders) are labeled for assembly.

3. Sewing & Assembly
Stitching: Overlock machines sew seams (Seams for premium finishes) or attach trims (lace/piping).
Hemming: Blind-stitch machines create invisible hems for tablecloths; satin edges for fleece blankets.
Quilting (For Duvets): Multi-needle quilting machines stitch filling (polyester/cotton batting) between fabric layers to prevent shifting.

4. Quality Inspection
In-Process QC: Random checks for seam strength, stitch density, and dimensional accuracy.
Final Audit: Each piece is examined for loose threads, print alignment, and functional defects.

5. Finishing & Packaging
Steam Pressing: Steamers remove wrinkles; heat presses may fix prints.
Folding/Packing: Automated folders + polybag sealing; bulk orders are packed in cartons with moisture-resistant liners.
